The Gospel Crusade and Outreach Department of Highway Missions Int’l serves as the driving force behind open-air crusades and outreach programs. These impactful events are conducted independently or in collaboration with churches and mission agencies, bringing the message of salvation to communities far and wide.
Since its inception, the department has successfully organised over 2,000 crusades in partnership with numerous churches and mission organisations. Some of these include:

The department is responsible for pre-crusade preparations, including:

✅ Crusade Venue Inspection – Ensuring the suitability of locations.
✅ Personnel Mobilization – Organising workers, volunteers, and ministers.
✅ Publicity & Awareness – Spreading the word to maximize impact.
Each crusade leaves a powerful trail of spiritual transformation—both for the land and its people. Testimonies of salvation, healing, deliverance, and supernatural encounters are common, confirming the undeniable power of God at work.

Medical Missions – Bringing Healthcare to Communities

The Medical Missions Department of Highway Missions Int’l is dedicated to providing essential healthcare services through medical outreach programs. This department is composed of volunteer medical professionals from various fields who selflessly offer their expertise to those in need.

✅ Ophthalmology (Eye Care) – Vision screening, prescription glasses, and treatment.
✅ Medical Laboratory Services – Diagnostic tests to aid proper medical care.
✅ Physiotherapy (Massage Therapy) – Pain relief and rehabilitation support.
✅ Medical Consultancy – General and specialized consultations.

Seven Market Missions – A groundbreaking initiative that provided comprehensive healthcare services simultaneously across seven major markets in Ibadan.
Dental Care Mission – Over 200 patients received free dental treatment, ranging from extractions and cleanings to restorative procedures.

School Outreach – Empowering the Next Generation

The School Outreach Department of Highway Missions Int’l is dedicated to supporting and transforming the lives of students in secondary schools and tertiary institutions across the nation. By working closely with school leadership, this initiative fosters academic, social, and spiritual development among young learners.
Key Initiatives & Activities:

Vacation Mission Trip (VMT) – Raising the Next Generation of Missionaries
The Vacation Mission Trip (VMT) is an annual, week-long, mission-oriented program organized by Highway Missions Int’l. It takes place in the first full week of September and serves as a platform to ignite passion for missions, recruit young missionaries, and equip future Christian leaders.
Purpose & Impact
The VMT is designed to:
✅ Expose young participants (secondary school students, undergraduates, and artisans) to Gospel Crusade and Medical Missions.
✅ Provide hands-on mission experience under the mentorship of Gospel Ministers, Christian Professionals, and Leaders.
✅ Raise a new generation of missionaries and Christian professionals who will use their careers as platforms for evangelism.
